Security and trust

Financial software should fail visibly—not silently.

Prospair combines access controls with reviewable changes and reliable updates. The goal is not only to protect data, but to prevent financial activity from becoming ambiguous.

Separate identities

Each spouse signs in separately. Household roles and authorization are checked again where protected data is read or changed.

Read-only bank data

Bank connections provide account and transaction information for budgeting. Prospair does not initiate transfers or hold funds.

Household-level privacy

Access controls restrict household records to authorized members and the services needed to operate Prospair.

Reliable financial updates

Imports and bank updates are tracked and retried when needed, with clear review history instead of silent dead ends.

Guidance stays advisory

The budget guide can explain context and prepare suggestions, but it cannot independently make financial changes or bypass review.

Review before commitment

Imported history, paycheck matches, plan changes, and partner access remain visible and reviewable by the household.

Careful access by design

The services that support sign-in, storage, bank connectivity, guidance, and payments receive only the access needed for their role. Prospair reviews those relationships as the product evolves.

Report a security concern
