By creating an account or using Prospair, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Prospair provides
Prospair provides household budgeting, transaction organization, financial-account information, import tools, shared planning, and optional budget guidance. Features may change as the service develops.
Not financial advice
Prospair provides educational information and planning tools. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a bank, financial institution, fiduciary, broker, or money transmitter. You remain responsible for financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Your account and household
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Each person should use their own identity. When you invite a partner, you authorize that person to access shared household information and participate in shared budget activity.
Financial-account connections
Financial data may be provided through a connectivity service and your financial institutions. Availability, completeness, and timing can vary. Pending transactions may change or disappear before posting. Prospair does not initiate transfers or hold funds, and the app should not be treated as your bank’s official record.
Budget guidance
Budget-guide responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review all suggestions before relying on them. The guide is designed to assist discussion and prepare reviewable proposals; it does not have authority to independently approve plans, move money, or override household controls.
Subscriptions
Some features, including automatic bank updates and the budget guide, may require a paid household subscription. Pricing and renewal details are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the available billing-management controls. Access may continue through the paid period after cancellation unless otherwise disclosed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, use the service for unlawful activity, or reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you provide. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Service availability and beta status
Prospair is an early-stage service. We work to make financial processes reliable and traceable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every provider will always return complete information. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes.
Termination
You may stop using Prospair and request deletion of your account. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties not expressly stated here. Prospair is not responsible for decisions made from inaccurate user input, delayed or incomplete third-party data, or guidance that was not independently reviewed. Any limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when required.
